Terms of delivery

ABLNetBid is selling machines ex current location and in their present condition and state (as is). We expressly disclaim any obligation to supply sold or auctioned objects. Upon full payment the buyer is responsible for disassembly, removal and transportation. ABLNetBid can offer support and make contacts to suitable shipping partners.

Please note that the property is not transferred until full payment is received. An advance VAT deduction is excluded. The relevant date is the acknowledged date of the money transfer or the date stated on the acknowledgement of receipt / receipt. Therefore the note referring to the delivery date common to other invoices becomes obsolete.
