Terms of payment
Separate terms of business and terms of payment apply to the corporations NetBid Industrie Auktionen AG and
Angermann Bahrs & Lüders GmbH & Co. KG, both forming ABLNetBid. All prices stated on the Internet site are
net prices considered plus surcharge and legal VAT. The surcharges applying to trades on the platform are
considered in EURO. All other currencies are displayed for information purposes only.
The surcharge applying to NetBid Industrie Auktionen AG is based on the following scale:
less than 25,000 10%
25,001 – 50,000 9%
50,001 – 100,000 8%
more than 100.001 7%
Angermann Bahrs & Lüders GmbH & Co. KG is collecting a surcharge of 18%
Surcharges deviating from this rule are clearly stated.
In order to enable a quick calculation, an appropriate statement of the respective company performing the
sale/auction is provided for all machines.

Besides cash payment we only accept bank certified cheques at the sales location. Please ask your bank
to provide such a confirmation in good time prior to the event. We do not accept credit cards, traveller
cheques or other means of payment.
