ABLNetBid is retending data according to the German data privacy act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz)
and the telemedia act (Telemediengesetz).
ABL NetBid is storing your inventory data for general business processes only. With your online
registration, the receipt of a bidder card or request by email, phone or fax you agree to the storage
of your data.
You are entitled to request information on stored data or to request the correction, deletion or blocking
of your data, unless current legal business processes are affected.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties without express authorization unless embedded
into current business processes by agreed services (transportation, insurance, payment process, etc.).
We are applying administrative and technical measures to protect your data from manipulation, loss or
theft. Personal data as well as bidding data is transferred SSL-encrypted from your computer to our server.
The customer is obligated to protect online access data by appropriate means. The customer is liable for
losses incurred as a result of stolen or espied access data.
