Information about buying

All machine data can be viewed online: images, prices, descriptions, conditions.
This provides you with a well-informed basis before you even go for a viewing. You decide yourself whether you would like to see the machines onsite or whether, based on the data at hand, you would like to place a bid right away. For higher value items in particular, we recommend a viewing, as you purchase the goods ""as is"", i.e. without guarantee.
Before placing your bid, please be aware of the fact that the bids do not include brokerage fee or VAT.

In addition, you are also responsible for transport and disassembly . We shall endeavour to support you in finding a suitable provider. Please note however that as buyer you are the provider's client. If you are aware of all details and have decided to take part in the auction, you can do this online from the comfort of your computer. Registering with NetBid is quick and easy, yet please make sure that your data is correct. The name and address will be stated on the invoice and are of fiscal relevance.

After registering, you can place online bids for up to 5,000 euros. If the bids exceed this value, send us a bank confirmation from your house bank and we will adjust the value accordingly. You place your bids with your user name and cannot be recognized by third parties as a person or business. You can place your bids on the basis of the defined steps or use the integrated bidding agent that automatically increases your bid when you are overbid.

NetBid confirms the acceptance of the bid as well as all other results by e-mail. You receive an invoice and can collect the auctioned machines once payment has been made in full. We are available for any questions you may have and would be pleased to offer you any advice pertaining to the machines, the bidding process, payment procedures, collection, disassembly and transport. As a provider we are committed providing the best service for our sellers and buyers alike. As a buyer, we want you to look back at your collaboration with NetBid with satisfaction.
