The following item is being auctioned as a single lot:
The property (ID No. 681 2852/1), consisting of the land and the commercial building located thereon, including a garage and a restaurant, situated at Belokranjska ulica 4, Maribor, along with the fixtures and fittings inside the building (office furniture and restaurant furnishings).
