Opis

Machine for working bones and tendons to obtain excess meat.

DMM10:

- applying a gentle pressure to obtain meat which has been left on the bone after prior boning from pig, beef or lamb bones

- the resulting structured processing of meat has the same quality as manual trimming

- boned meat requires secondary filtration to remove tendons, cartilage and occasionally occurring bone particles


DMM10 is equipped with:

- standing frame with pressing roller, entrance cover

- lifting equipment for dismantling parts before cleaning the hydraulic unit

- control panel for operation

- made of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials

- capacity: 750 kg/h

- standard design for bones at 0 to 6 °C

- transport frame, which is used for fixation to the floor of the production hall

- hydraulic oil: HD46

- electrical cabling 15 m


SEPAmatic 410 is equipped with:

- a frame and a separation belt unit consisting of a highly elastic crushing belt and a rotating perforated belt

- panel control

- made of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials

- perforated drum with 2 mm holes

- connecting cover for entry to DMM10

Machine dimensions: 3440 mm x 1890 mm x 1960 mm, weight 1850 kg.


The equipment is nearly new, approximately 80 working hours were in operation.

All attestations and original purchase contract available.
