Full-service approach for industrial transformation
The Balta project reflects a broader trend in international industrial restructuring: production relocation, asset circularity and an increasing global demand for high-quality used industrial equipment.
NetBid supports the process with an integrated service approach that includes asset sales, international marketing, dismantling coordination, logistics and broom-clean site handover. The aim is to efficiently remarket industrial assets and make them available for further productive use.
As Alexandra Devrouw-Reyntjens from NetBid explains:
"We buy the complete package, resell the assets worldwide and ensure that everything is dismantled and swept clean within a year."
Target buyer
The sale is particularly relevant for:
- Textile manufacturers
- Carpet and runner producers
- machine dealers
- industrial investors
- international traders
- production companies
- restructuring specialists
Depending on their requirements, buyers can purchase individual machines, selected production lines or more comprehensive asset packages.
Conclusion
The Balta Industries Asset Sale offers international buyers access to a broad portfolio of textile production equipment from an established European carpet manufacturing environment. With tufting machines, weaving machines, latex processing equipment, finishing technology, packaging equipment and logistics equipment, the project offers opportunities for both targeted machine purchases and larger industrial acquisitions.
