The subject of the public auction constitutes the entire assets of the company VALKARTON, which was active in the production of luxury cardboard packaging, and includes in particular the following assets:

• Appendix 1: Stocks, in particular various types of paper and cardboard in different grammages and formats (e.g. 150 g/m²) as well as other packaging materials and semi-finished products intended for the production of high-quality cardboard packaging;
• Appendix 2: Machines and equipment for the production of high-quality luxury cardboard packaging, which together form a functional and technological unit – a production line with specialized machines for the processing, forming, gluing and finishing of cardboard packaging –

Attention: All machines and equipment have been professionally shut down, dismantled and properly stored and are ready for loading, transportation and collection.
