Important note:
Interested parties for a viewing are requested to register by e-mail at least 5 working days before the viewing date, stating their first and last name, date of birth and the name of the company represented. Each interested party will receive their own access to the Škoda Auto site.

Please note the following special conditions:

1) The highest bid will be checked by the consignor (seller) after the auction. If the bid is accepted, the binding knockdown will be awarded and a purchase contract will be concluded. The buyer is obliged to sign the purchase contract sent to him, which can be viewed on request before the end of the auction. The auctioneer will then invoice the participant for the purchase price and the commission incurred plus VAT.

2) Both buyers from EU countries and buyers from non-EU countries must pay VAT as a deposit. The VAT will be refunded upon presentation of a properly issued proof of export. Participants from EU countries must also present an officially certified VAT identification number.

3) The buyer is only entitled and obliged to collect the items on the dates specified by the auctioneer. Collection of the auctioned items, including dismantling and removal, shall be at the buyer's expense and risk.

4) Offline bids must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the end of the auction, otherwise they will not be considered.

5) The auctioneer reserves the right to carry out an identity check on the registered auction participant and to revoke the registration in the event of false information or misuse.
