Please note:
The coveyor belt has to be dismantled and removed latest until 28th of February 2026! If the bid is accepted, the client requires a purchase agreement signed by the buyer.

Please note also the following special conditions:

1) The highest bid will be reviewed by the consignor (seller) after the auction. If the bid is accepted, a binding award will be made, and a purchase agreement will be concluded. The buyer is obligated to sign the purchase agreement sent to them, which can be viewed upon request before the end of the auction. The auctioneer will then invoice the participant for the purchase price and the accrued commission, including VAT.

2) Both buyers from EU member states and buyers from non-EU countries must pay VAT as a deposit. The VAT will be refunded upon presentation of a properly issued export certificate. Participants from EU member states must also provide an officially certified VAT identification number.

3) The buyer is only entitled and obligated to collect the items on the dates specified by the auctioneer. The buyer bears the costs and risk of handling the auctioned items, including dismantling and removal. 4) Offline bids must be submitted in writing no later than 24 hours before the auction ends; otherwise, they will not be considered. 5) The auctioneer reserves the right to verify the identity of registered auction participants and to revoke registration in cases of false information or misuse.
