Auction Terms

Please note the following special conditions:

1) The bid is finally accepted upon the insolvency administrator’s declaration of acceptance.
2) Transfer of ownership occurs only upon the conclusion of a purchase agreement between the insolvency administrator and the buyer.
3) A bidder who has been provisionally awarded the lot is bound by their bid for up to 28 days.
4) For payments in PLN, the average NBP exchange rate on the day of the auction applies.
