CNC lathe, MAZAK, QT- 6G; CNC milling machine, HURCO, MB4.

Auction Terms

Please note the following special conditions:
1) The final approval of the offer takes place after its acceptance by the insolvency administrator.
2) The transfer of ownership will take place by the conclusion of a sales agreement by the insolvency administrator with the buyer.
3) Sale resulting from a consumer bankruptcy proceeding. Prices quoted are gross. Applicable tax will be added to the auction fee.
4) The Bidder who has received the adjudication under reserve will be bound up with his offer within 21 days.
5) Payment in PLN, the average NBP exchange rate on the day of the auction applies.
