Auction Terms

Please note the following special terms and conditions:

1) The highest bid will be reviewed by the consignor (seller) following the auction. If the bid is accepted, the binding sale is confirmed and a purchase agreement is concluded. The buyer is required to sign the purchase agreement sent to them, which can be viewed upon request before the auction ends. Subsequently, the auctioneer will invoice the participant for the purchase price and the applicable commission, plus sales tax.

2) Both buyers from EU member states and buyers from non-EU countries must pay the value-added tax (VAT) as a deposit. 4) Offline bids must be submitted in writing no later than 24 hours before the end of the auction; otherwise, they will not be considered.

5) The auctioneer reserves the right to verify the identity of registered auction participants and to revoke their registration in the event of false information or misuse.
