5 Container/office cells - first floor NEUSchwendtner

The first floor has an entrance door on both sides (3 in total) and also a partition wall between the cells (3+2). Container dimensions: Outer length 6055 mm, width 2435 mm, height 2591/2791 mm, inner length 5865 mm, width 2245 mm, height 2300/2500 mm The lower frame is welded from closed profiles with a profile wall thickness of 3 mm. The upper frame and the columns are welded from open profiles with a profile wall thickness of 3 mm. All metal parts are provided with an anti-corrosion coating based on PU or epoxy resin coatings. The floor consists of a steel frame construction made of a thin-walled closed profile with a thickness of 3 mm. The corners of the container are welded to the container frame and comply with the ISO standard. The insulation consists of 60-90 mm thick mineral wool. The estimated weight of a container is 2.5 tons. The floor consists of (from bottom to top): galvanized sheet metal, thickness 0.55 mm - insulation (flammability according to DIN 4102 A1, according to STN 73 08 62 B - very low flammability) - PVC foil as a vapour barrier - 19-22 mm waterproof DTD V 100 G (emission class E 1), the floor covering is glued to a chipboard - welded PVC 0.75- 1.00 mm. The roof consists of: a frame structure made of cold-bent steel profiles 3 mm thick - galvanized sheet metal 0.6 mm thick - PVC foil as a vapour barrier - mineral wool insulation 60 - 100 mm thick (flammability according to DIN 41 02 A 1, according to STN 73 08 62 B, very low flammability) - interior ceiling cladding consists of laminated DTD 10 mm thick, class E 1. Exterior doors (5 pieces) - single-leaf all-metal doors with PU foam insulation. They are sheathed with 0.55 mm thick galvanized sheet metal. Interior doors (2 pieces) - single-leaf wooden doors in white or beech color. External windows (21 units) - all-plastic windows with double glazing, opening and folding with internal blinds. Interior windows (4 units) - solid plastic with double glazing, fixed/non-opening. The wiring complies with the valid STN (DIN). All cabling is laid under the cladding with CYKY cables or in plastic cable trays - 400V supply/socket outlet - 32A socket outlet or terminal box - fluorescent lighting 2 x 36 W - switch - socket outlet. The containers are equipped with wall-mounted electric thermostatic convectors with an output of up to 2 kW depending on the size of the heated room. Current status: The containers have been located in the entrance hall since they were commissioned (2002). Since 2017, they have been moved to the outside area. The first floor has been used for storage since 2017, the upper floor is not used. Walls inside + outside/facade are in good condition, fully functional. Windows and doors are functional, local repairs required to the entrance door. Wiring and plumbing are in good condition, fully functional. Lighting - local replacement of fluorescent bulbs. Heating elements are in good order. Roof damaged by time and weather, 30% of damage has resulted in leaks in containers - repair required. Flooring damaged by localized leaks 40%, PVC flooring and wood structure - repair required.
