In accordance with Art. 343 ZFPPIPP, the object of the auction is the business unit consisting of:

1.1. real estate

The insolvency debtor is the owner of a business complex in the Melje industrial zone in Maribor with a total of 32 plots with a total area of 52,525 m². The complex includes several industrial and office buildings, built between 1930 and 2007 according to GURS data. According to the valuation, the office area is 3,920 m² and the industrial area is 37,587 m². Address of the property: Oreško nabrežje 9, 2000 Maribor.

1.2 Machinery and movable property

The sale also includes all movable equipment located on the aforementioned plots and intended for high-pressure casting, forging, mechanical processing, assembly and surface treatment.

Casting department includes among others:
- 4 aluminum melting furnaces (Al226, Al231, Al239, Al239 Silafont)
- Die casting machines – highly automated from 650 to 1,400 tons
- Heat treatment and surface treatment equipment
- Machinery for mechanical processing (e.g. Chiron, SW, NF, NF). e.g. Chiron, SW, Nakamura, Makino)
- Production quality control (chemical, metallographic, R&D and mechanical laboratory, e.g. Zeiss Contura, Accura, Duramax)

Forging department includes:
- 6 manual forging presses from 200 t to 700 t
- 3 automatic forging presses from 250 t to 700 t

Brass forging department includes, among other things:
- Machinery for mechanical processing (as in the foundry department)
- Production quality control (as in the foundry department)

Electroplating department includes:
- Equipment for electroplating surface treatment (high-gloss nickel, decorative chrome plating, copper plating, tinning, sulphamate nickel, passivation)

1.3 Environmental permits and obligations

PLEASE NOTE, obligatory payment of deposit:
All bidders wishing to participate in the auction must pay a deposit of EUR 727,607.20. This must be paid into the insolvency debtor's transaction account with IBAN SI56 0700 0000 1084 162 at Gorenjska banka d.d. with the note „deposit payment“ no later than one working day before the auction.
