SLIDING The steel structure supports the conveyor and the suspended chutes. It consists of standard steel profiles and is coated with a sliding material to ensure the smoothest possible removal of the sorted material. At the end of the chute there is a stop with foam rubber for a smooth run-out. The chutes are hinged to allow easy access to the conveyor belts for repair work. The individual slides are equipped with overfill sensors. Overfilling is indicated by a light signal system on each slide. The dimensions of the area of a sorting chute are: 2640 mm length, 1580 mm width, conveyor height 1.9 m, height of the removal point 0.8 m, number of chutes: 132 pieces.
