Description
The system welds plastic window profiles simultaneously at all four corners. Equipment: 4 angle welding heads, programmable machine and position control, touchscreen keypad (display), touchscreen keypad with VDA color display (IPC). Welding cycle approx. 90-120 s (depending on profile and operation). The following profiles can be processed: Profile height min. 45 mm, max. 200 mm, profile width max. 150 mm top and bottom. The machine can remove the weld seam on the top of the profile, remove the weld seam on the bottom of the profile, remove the weld seam on the outer corner with a milling wheel (saw cutter) made of carbide in the shape of the profile contour, drill grooves for seals, remove the weld seam of the inner groove, remove the weld seam on the top of the inside of the profile protrusion, automatically recognize profiles.
