Description
The machine simultaneously welds plastic window profiles on all four corners. Equipment: 4 angle welding heads, memory programmable machine and position control, touch keypad (display), touch keypad with VDA colour display (IPC). Welding speed approx. 90-120 s (depending on profile and operator). The following profiles can be processed: profile height min. 45 mm, max. 200 mm, profile width max. 150 mm top and bottom. The machine can remove the weld caterpillar on the upper side of the profile, remove the weld caterpillar on the lower side of the profile, remove the weld caterpillar on the outer corner with a carbide milling wheel (saw cutter) in the shape of the profile contour, drill grooves for sealing, remove the weld caterpillar of the inner groove, remove the weld caterpillar on the upper side of the profile overlap, automatically recognize the profiles.
