The multihead welding machine is designed for simultaneous welding of four corners in horizontal position. For each welding unit there are two boundary plates which have a common drive (parallel sliding welding). The machine is primarily characterized by great comfort for the operator and maximum stability. The comfort for the operator is mainly because the clamping units leave at an oblique angle. The insertion of the profiles is then problem-free even with the seal forming pressure units. The stability of the machine is based on the use of pre-stressed linear flat guides for all important movements, for particularly important construction groups (height and width guides, working area, clamping device feed) the guides are arranged in pairs. The upper clamping plate is connected in the working position to the work surface, thus achieving maximum precision on the welded profile (the viewing surface is planparallel, bounded by a knife). The machine is equipped with PC control (Windows operating system). The edging knives are hardened and ground and are adjustable to different edging widths. For a 0.2 mm border, the alternative "Knife heating" is recommended, also for welding profiles with foil the alternative "Border knives with special blade geometry" is recommended. A tool for frames is not necessary as the zero line is defined as a boundary edge. Also, for wing tools with a straight edge, the top step can be dropped.
