The multi-head welding machine is designed for simultaneous welding of four corners in a horizontal position. Each welding unit has two limit plates with a common drive (parallel displacement welding). The machine is characterized above all by high operating comfort and maximum stability. The ease of operation is mainly due to the fact that the clamping units move away at an angle. This makes it easy to insert the profiles, even in the version with forming pressure units for seals. The stability of the machine is based on the use of pre-tensioned linear flat guides for all important movements. For particularly important assemblies (height and width guides, work surface, feed of the clamping device), the guides are always arranged in pairs. The upper clamping plate is connected to the work surface in the working position, thus achieving maximum accuracy on the welded profile (visible surface is plane-parallel, limited by knives). The basic version of the machine is equipped with PC control (Windows operating system). The limiting knives are hardened and ground and can be set to different limiting widths. For a limit of 0.2 mm, we recommend the alternative "heating knives"; the alternative "limiting knives with special cutting edge geometry" is also recommended for welding profiles with foil.
