The dinghy was taken off the ship in February 2026 and subsequently launched. The hull is watertight and in serviceable condition

Equipment and inventory items present on the day of the inspection are included in the lot.

Compliance with safety, registration, and environmental regulations, particularly when performing work on the hull, as well as obtaining operating permits, is the responsibility of the buyer.

To the extent that the Seller is held liable under private law and/or by authorities in connection with the watercraft, the Buyer hereby undertakes to indemnify the Seller against all costs and damages associated with such liability. This applies only to the extent that the claim is not based on conduct by the seller in breach of its obligations .
