The subject of the sale is the entire inventory of materials and packaging from the plastics processing industry. The inventory includes various types of packaging, auxiliary and consumable materials, such as bags, measuring scoops, plastic bottles, small bottles, caps, cardboard packaging, polystyrene packaging and other materials as specified in the attached inventory list.

The entire inventory is being sold as a single lot.

The inventory is particularly suitable for companies active in plastics processing, packaging production, product filling and packaging operations, as well as other related industrial activities.

Participation Requirements:

- Interested parties must register at www.netbid.com.
- A security deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be transferred to the insolvency account of LIPIS d.o.o., IBAN SI56 6400 0000 1085 247, Primorska hranilnica. Proof of payment must be submitted together with the offer.
- Prior to submitting an offer, interested parties must request the "Binding Offer" form by e-mail. Upon receipt of the request, the form will be sent to the applicant.
- The completed and signed Binding Offer form must then be submitted to potiskribic@netbid.com.
