Important Notice
If a bid is successful, the consignor requires a purchase agreement signed by the buyer!

Please note the following special conditions:

1) The highest bid will be reviewed by the consignor (seller) following the auction. If the bid is accepted, the binding sale is confirmed and a purchase agreement is concluded. The buyer is obligated to sign the purchase agreement sent to them, which can be viewed upon request before the auction ends. Subsequently, the auctioneer will invoice the participant for the purchase price and the applicable commission, plus VAT.

2) Both buyers from EU member states and buyers from non-EU countries must pay the value-added tax (VAT) as a deposit. The VAT will be refunded upon presentation of a properly issued export certificate. Participants from EU member states must also provide an officially certified VAT identification number.

3) The buyer is only entitled and obligated to pick up the items on the dates specified by the auctioneer. The pickup of the auctioned items, including disassembly and removal, is at the buyer’s expense and risk.

4) Offline bids must be submitted in writing no later than 24 hours before the end of the auction; otherwise, they will not be considered.

5) The auctioneer reserves the right to verify the identity of registered auction participants and to revoke their registration in the event of false information or misuse.
