The subject of the sale is the complete machinery and equipment of LIPIS d.o.o., including the related production, warehouse and office equipment.

The assets include, among other items, a compressor station, plastic bottle blow-moulding machines, plastic injection-moulding machines, a bag-sealing machine, temperature-control and cooling units, a packaging machine, conveyors, plastic granulators, forklifts, pallet trucks, industrial scales, various tools and moulds for the production of bottles, cups, inserts and caps, as well as other production and auxiliary equipment.

IMPORTANT: Prior payment of a security deposit in the amount of EUR 6,400.00 is mandatory for participation in the public online auction. Only bidders who have registered on time and paid the required security deposit may participate in the auction.

The security deposit must be paid no later than one working day before the public auction, therefore by and including Wednesday, 29 July 2026, to the insolvency account of LIPIS d.o.o.:
