Important Notice:
Those interested in a tour are asked to register by email no later than 5 business days before the tour date, providing their first and last names, date of birth, and the name of the company they represent. Each interested party will receive individual access to the Škoda Auto premises.

Please note the following special conditions:

1) The highest bid will be reviewed by the consignor (seller) following the auction. If the bid is accepted, the binding award will be made and a purchase agreement will be concluded. The buyer is required to sign the purchase agreement sent to them, which can be viewed upon request before the auction ends. Subsequently, the auctioneer will invoice the participant for the purchase price and the applicable commission, plus VAT.

2) Both buyers from EU member states and buyers from non-EU countries must pay the value-added tax (VAT) as a deposit. The VAT will be refunded upon presentation of a properly issued export certificate. Participants from EU member states must also provide an officially certified VAT identification number.

3) The buyer is entitled and obligated to pick up the items only on the dates specified by the auctioneer. The collection of the auctioned items, including disassembly and removal, is at the buyer’s expense and risk.

4) Offline bids must be submitted in writing no later than 24 hours before the end of the auction; otherwise, they will not be considered.

5) The auctioneer reserves the right to verify the identity of registered auction participants and to revoke registration in the event of false information or misuse.
