Stage II – Individual Sale of mobile assets: Offers will be received for the sale of Individual or bundles of mobile assets belonging to the company.
Limit date for the reception of offers: Friday, 20 October 2017.

Please note:
Any offer will have to be approved by the Spanish Trade Court competent for the Insolvency Case. Thereby, all winning offers will be required to make a 5% deposit of the offer amount in order to be submitted to Court for approval. Estimated time for approval is 1 month after the reception of the binding offer.

Equipment details:
The photovoltaic cell manufacturing plant has a yearly production output of 30 MW/year, easily upgradeable to 60 MW/year and with an optimal output of 120 MW/Year of PV Crystalline cells.

The project includes:

- 60/30 MW automated cell line, with:

- MANZ Flex Picker wafer Tester (60 MW)

- RENA/DESPATCH/MANZ "inline" Texturinzing (60 MW)

- ROTH&RAU PECVD (60 MW)

- BACCINI Metallization (30 MW)

- DESPATCH Firing system (30 MW)

- BACCINI ROFIN laser Unit (30 MW)
