- Please park your car in the employee parking lot; it is clearly marked

- Please park trucks in the truck parking lot, which is also signposted, directly in front of Gate 1

- Registration always takes place at Gate 1

- Entry is at your own risk (see disclaimer)

- Please wear safety shoes and a high-visibility vest when entering the premises

- All visitors will be accompanied by site guides on the factory grounds
Access to the facility is not permitted without the guidance of a local expert!

- Visits are limited to a maximum of 1.5 hours

The following (additional) regulations apply when picking up machinery and items:

- Check-in is always at Gate 1

- Entry is at your own risk (see Disclaimer)

- Wearing safety shoes and high-visibility vests when entering the premises is mandatory!

- Depending on the dismantling scenario, task-specific PPE (gloves, safety goggles, helmet, etc.) must be worn
- Thermal cutting methods are strictly prohibited; if they are unavoidable, approval must be obtained from our plant fire department

- Diesel forklifts or cranes require a particulate filter to be operated inside the hall

- Neapco-owned forklifts, pallet jacks, or tools may not be used

Invoicing will take place on June 19, 2026

Successful bid; Sale to business operators/dealers only!
The highest bidder/auction winner is required to submit a copy of their business registration within 3 business days; otherwise, the successful bid is deemed void.
Any warranty or claim regarding this offer is expressly excluded.
