Package offer: This line can be purchased individually or together with the three other extrusion lines in this project. More favourable terms apply if all four lines are purchased.

The line is equipped with one EXTRUDEX EN-80-30D PE-RT main extruder with a production capacity of 220 kg/h (Machine No. M03372-01).

In addition, the line includes five auxiliary co-extruders:
One EXTRUDEX EN035-25D co-extruder (Line M1) with a capacity of 35–40 kg/h (Machine No. M03372-02);
One EXTRUDEX EN035-25D EVOH co-extruder with a capacity of 35–40 kg/h (Machine No. M03372-03);
One EXTRUDEX EN035-25D co-extruder (Line M2) with a capacity of 35–40 kg/h (Machine No. M03372-04);
One EXTRUDEX EN035-25D co-extruder for outer layer application with a capacity of 35–40 kg/h (Machine No. M03372-05);

The complete extrusion line is designed for the production of multi-layer PE-RT pipes, incorporating dedicated co-extrusion units for EVOH barrier layers, outer layer application and colour stripe marking
