Package offer: This line can be purchased individually or together with the three other extrusion lines in this project. More favourable terms apply if all four lines are purchased.

The line is equipped with one BATTENFELD BEX1-60-30B PE-RT main extruder (Machine No. 9707-6201).

In addition, the line includes three BATTENFELD E30.3 SU-25D co-extruders:
One co-extruder for adhesive layers M1 and M2 (Machine No. 394);
One EVOH co-extruder (Machine No. 395);
One co-extruder for outer layer application (Machine No. 396).

The complete extrusion line is designed for the production of multi-layer PE-RT pipes, incorporating dedicated co-extrusion units for adhesive layers, EVOH oxygen barrier layers and outer layer application.
