Machine description:
The engine control station (hereinafter referred to as EFT or machine) is intended for testing EA211 petrol engines ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

In general, it is possible to test different variants of EA211 engines:,
• whose performance parameters correspond to the specified technical data
• whose connection dimensions (setting, dimensions and design, allow their installation in the machine and connection to the spindle.

Detailed description of the tested quantities on the machine:
• engine testing at regulated load torque max. 236Nm
• wiring harness contact test
• throttle function test
• AKF valve function test
• intake pressure sensor function test
• intake tightness function test
• static ignition test (current flow test)
• control switch function test oil pressure
• functional test of the water temperature sensor
• functional test of the knock sensor
• functional check ZAS
• functional test of the output camshaft regulator
• test of the turbocharger
• test of the fuel system
