Beschrijving

Packaging machine conceived to pack sofas and armchairs.
Manual or automatic machine loading using conveyor belts.
Packaging dimensions: minimum: 500 x 800 x 500 H mm; maximum: 2500 x 1200 x1100 H mm;
Output: 1 or 2 sofas per minute depending on the product sizes.
The packaging can be done using a single film layer or combined with airball for a greater protection.
The machine supplied with heat shrinkage tun- nel that shrinks the film only at the right points. The film remains soft on the upper part (seat) in order to allow the stacking of the sofas.
Equipped with auto-dimensioning system managed by PLC.
The protective film, generally made of polyethylene with thick- ness ranging from 80 up to 120 micron, is sealed on all sides to protect the product.
Sequential functioning allows to introduce the machine in an already existing production line or to load the product manually.
